Introduction

This policy is part of the medDigital ISMS and must be fully complied with.

The implementation of this policy is important to ensure that all personnel receive the appropriate training as they join the company and that this training is refreshed every January.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees and contractors.

Requirements

All scientific employees and contractors must complete the training topics listed in the Annual Training tab at M:\Operations\Training\Training Log_v3.xlsx when they join the company and every January thereafter.

In addition, some clients have their own training materials which are required to be completed by all individuals working on those projects. It is the responsibility of the Project Lead to ensure that all individuals are made aware and complete all client required training.

Responsibilities

Individuals are responsible for completing their training and noting their training activities in the training log.

Line managers are responsible for ensuring that individuals they manage complete their initial and annual training.
